Why Cleanse?

Do you brush your teeth, wash your face, and take bath or shower every day to keep your body clean? Most people spend a lot of time to take care of their bodies, but do little to keep the inside of their bodies clean, which is even more important.  Cleansing your body is like taking shower from within and cleaning your internal organs.

Unfortunately, even if you are going out of your way to avoid putting toxic foods, drinks, and drugs in your body, you will still be getting some toxins in your body due to the fact that the environment is so polluted. As a matter of fact scientists recently found traces of rocket fuel inside the livers of polar bears living in the middle of Alaska, so that should tell you that pollution is everywhere and that none of us are completely safe from it.

Yes, it does! In fact body cleansing works best for weight loss as it eliminates the root cause of the problem – toxins, plus it balances and nourishes your body. Did you know that fat stores toxins in order to protect our system and vital organs? By cleansing toxins out of the system, our body releases fat.

Endurance athletes have lung ventilation three times more than a walking person. That means they inhale 3 times more toxins from the air, especially if they run along busy town streets.
